Integrated Project Management System

At Chiyoda Singapore, we employ an integrated approach to project management to successfully achieve the project objectives set by the client.  The first step in this system is the establishment of a project management team, headed by a project manager reporting directly to clients and corporate management.  Together with other experienced staff, the manager sets policies and monitors progress while coordinating all personnel, resources and activities required for project completion.  This careful and cooperative integration is the basis for Chiyoda Singapore's continued success, even in completing the most complex projects.
